Membership with A.I.M. is made up of 3 components - A.I.M. membership, AA / AV registration, and venue fees / membership.

 

A.I.M. currently has Victorias only Olympic medallist in Archery as a member, and has produced many National and State representatives - but our main 'aim' is to provide quality advice and assistance to those learning archery as a sport.

Regular events at the Club ensure new archers get the opportunity to try their skills out and improve their abilities through regular modified competition.

 

Archery - Safer Than All Ball Sports Combined. 

A study by Sports Medicine Australia found 24% of parents do not allow their children to play sport for fear of being hurt or injured. 
From 8 to 80 years of age, archery is one of the safest sports you can do, and is safer than all ball sports combined.

 

All Instructors are fully trained in archery through Australian Sports Commission approved programs,  and hold current Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
